By using the SugarlabAI Service, you agree to follow these guidelines, comply with all applicable laws, and adhere to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations will be reviewed, and necessary actions—including limiting or terminating access to the community or app—will be taken as outlined in these guidelines.
These guidelines are subject to periodic updates; please review them regularly. SugarlabAI is available only to users aged 18 and above.

The use of SugarlabAI for illegal activities—including commercial sexual activities, trafficking, explicit content, or promoting dangerous or illicit activities—is strictly forbidden.
Uploading or sharing viruses, malware, or harmful software, or any action that disrupts the SugarlabAI Service, is prohibited.
Content inciting hostility or violence based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, disabilities, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity is not allowed.
Sharing false or misleading information that could lead to violence, harm, or disruption of political processes is prohibited.
Do not share private information about others, such as financial details, photos, passwords, or contact information, without consent.
Unauthorized access to another user’s account or phishing activities is strictly forbidden.
Do not create characters representing minors or post images of young individuals, including AI-generated or fictional depictions. Content exploiting, enticing, or harming minors—including AI-generated or fictional depictions—is strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to relevant authorities, including international organizations such as the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Missing Children Europe.
Creating or sharing content that promotes unsolicited marketing or bulk requests is prohibited.
Sharing the following content is strictly prohibited:
Sexual content in digital art must be humorous, satirical, or educational and accessible only to adults aged 18 and above.
Do not share or threaten to share intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, or private conversations without consent.
Harassment, including repeated unwanted messages or unsolicited intimate content, is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
Sharing depictions of intense violence or making credible threats of physical harm is prohibited. Such violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or substance abuse will be removed immediately.
Do not impersonate others, share false information, or use multiple accounts for deceitful purposes.
Only share content you own or have permission to share. Accounts primarily containing plagiarized material may be deactivated.
The promotion or sale of regulated goods, including firearms, alcohol, and adult products, is prohibited.
Running contests, sweepstakes, or promotions, as well as sharing advertising or sales links, is prohibited.
SugarlabAI employs human reviewers and automated tools to monitor for guideline violations or harmful content.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within seven (7) business days. All illegal content will be removed immediately.
Members are encouraged to report violations of the guidelines. Discontinue interaction with concerning content and report it to Support via hello@sugarlab.ai.
